When you contact Kells Advisory, we collect your name, email address, company, selected area of interest and any context you choose to share. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss whether our services fit your needs. Contacting us does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Our website and inquiry storage are hosted by Cloudflare. Inquiries are stored in our private Cloudflare account. If email notifications are enabled, our email delivery provider, Resend, processes a copy for delivery to Kells. Email sent directly to tom@categorii.com is processed by that mailbox's email provider.
To limit automated abuse, the form checks the request source and uses temporary, hourly hashes derived from network addresses. The application does not store raw IP addresses with inquiries. Our hosting provider may process network information for security and operation of its service.
We periodically remove inquiries older than 90 days unless an ongoing business relationship requires keeping related correspondence. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing tom@categorii.com.
Please provide only general context here. Do not send account numbers, financial statements, confidential customer data or sensitive personal information through this form. We can arrange an appropriate way to exchange records if we agree to work together.
This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. A temporary browser session entry displays confirmation after a successful form submission.
